Ceramic fiber blanket, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket, is a kind of thermal insulation material with light weight and good heat preservation. Low heat capacity means that the furnace absorbs less heat in the repeated operation and the heating speed of the furnace can be accelerated. This can greatly reduce the energy consumption during the furnace operation, especially for the heating furnace which starts and stops frequently and usually needs to use a lot of heat energy. With the use of ceramic fiber blanket as the lining material, it can achieve significant energy-saving effect.

Ceramic fiber blanket does not contain any organic binders, so it will not burn or appear smoke when it is used during the high temperature operation. It has good thermal stability and can greatly improve the heat resistant property. Ceramic fiber blanket also has superior thermal shock resistance and is an excellent thermal insulation material.
