PTFE Coated Fiberglass Cloth is a high temperature insulation fabric made from E-glass base cloth and impregnated with PTFE Teflonn resin. It is an asbestos free product with the advantages of high strength, durability, dimensional stability, oil resistance, chemical resistance and weathering resistance. The layer of PTFE coating can enhance abrasion, corrosion resistance and electric insulation as well as prolong the product’s service life.

Applications:

Our PTFE Coated Fiberglass Cloth is non-toxic, non-stick, odorless and easy to process. It is a high temperature insulation fabric specially designed for making into removable insulation jackets for valves, pipes, tanks and other insulation equipments in industries where high temperature insulation, chemical resistance and weathering resistance are required. The jacket is very easy to clean and can be removed from the equipment at any time when the jacket is dirty. It also can be disassembled from the equipment when the equipment needs to repair or maintain. The PTFE Coated Fiberglass Cloth not only possesses the thermal insulation ability but also can resist low temperature. It also can be made into fabric expansion joint and used as flexible insulation covering or wrapping materials for petrochemical, electrical insulation or other industrial purposes.
