Ceramic Fiber Blanket is an excellent light weight refractory blanket made from high strength spun ceramic fiber. It features superior thermal insulation property, high strength, low density, resistance to thermal shock, excellent sound insulation, energy saving, good chemical stability, easy to cut and install. The product does not contain any asbestos and organic binders and is a good substitute for asbestos. Its performance is very stable when it is used at high temperature conditions. It has very good heat insulation effect and can greatly shorten the furnace heating time to obtain energy saving purposes. Ceramic Fiber Blanket can be adhered with aluminum foil or fiberglass cloth reinforced aluminium foil to make the blanket even stronger and more suitable for environmental protection.  

Applications:

Ceramic Fiber Blanket is widely used in thermal insulation, sealing and sound insulation, anti-corrosion fields. It is a high temperature insulation material often used in kiln and furnace manufacturing. Its typical applications include boiler, kiln and furnace linings or repair; sealing materials for expansion joints, furnace doors and gaskets; sound insulation material for equipments; high temperature resistant and anti-corrosion materials for chemical reactors; covering and wrapping insulation materials for steam and gas turbines, pipes, investment casting mold, etc.
