High Silica Cloth contains 96% SiO2 and is a strong, flexible and high performance industrial fabric designed to use in situations where severe temperature conditions exist. The cloth can resist extremely high temperature. It can withstand continuous high temperature of 1000℃ and provide effective temperature resistance up to 1600℃ for a short time. The product is able to survive without tearing when sudden change in temperature occurs. It has excellent properties of high tensile strength, low thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, chemical stability, etc. High Silica Cloth is asbestos free, non toxic and is an ideal replacement of asbestos products.

Applications:

High Silica Cloth is easy to use and process. It is a thermal insulation product widely used in aerospace, metallurgy, petrochemical, power generation, refineries, fire fighting and other industrial fields. The product can be used as high temperature insulation material, molten metal splash protector, fireproof products (welding blanket, fireproof clothing, fireproof curtain, emergency fire blanket), wrapping and covering material for hoses and cables, sound absorption and noise reduction materials for automobiles and motorcycles, electrical insulation materials.
